Boing Boing: Sony anti-customer technology roundup and time-line
BoingBoing has a good sumary of the evil Sony continues to perpetrate on their own customers. Some of it I do attibute to plane simple evil corprate greed. Some of it is just stupid rushed bad decision makine, like their remover that has more security holes then a siv. That I imagine was a rushed tool that was hacked together ASAP to try and turn public opinion and look responsive.
