selling a car yourself is a pain in the ass!

Yes I knew this when I got into it......but it still sucks. I found a girl who posted an add on Craigs list that wanted basically our exact car. The only thing that she wanted that our car doesn't have is heated seats. And she said that wasn't a big deal. So this all started a little more than 2 weeks ago. She came by to look at it....was very interested. Wanted to take it somewhere to have it looked at before she bought it. As long as everything was fine, she said she'd buy it. Then I don't hear from her for a couple days. Then she wants to take it all the way to Concord to have AAA look at it. I said no, she'd have to find a place closer. So she takes a couple more days then finally makes an appointment. So it went last Wednesday and the only thing that they could find wrong with it is that it needs a new windshield wiper blade and the subwoofer isn't working anymore. So her sister returns the car wednesday night at like 10:30 because she's still at work and say's she'll call about the car later. Don't hear from her Thursday....today I get an email.....she wants to know more about the extended warranty and she'll call me this weekend. This is driving me insane. Either buy the car or don't, but don't string me along. I haven't even advertised the car. If she doesn't buy it, she will have wasted more than 2 weeks on my time....I could have probably sold it already. I keep telling myself that she wouldn't have paid to have it looked at if she didn't want to buy it.....but why is she dragging her feet. AHHHHH!!!
