Using both hands and touch typing...

Tonight is the first time since I crashed that I am typing with both hands.

I just got back from the Dr. The xray-ed my arm and the Ti looks good. I have a few bone fragrament in wierd places that may be removed later if they are a problem. The chip they are most worried about is really close to my wrist. The skin on my arm is pretty beat. I didn't take pictures, mostly because it was pretty gross. My elbo is mostly fine, but my wrist and first nuckle on each hand are super stiff and have like 10 degrees of mobility each. Even that is pretty painfull.

I have a set of exercises that I'm supposed to do 3 sets a day, 15 reps a set. One is to restore complete mobility to my elbo, one is to restore rotary motion to my wrist, one is to restore mobility to my wrist and the final is to make a fist and then relax it.

Similar to my leg my arm is thowing internal stitches (I have threads hanging out of the scars on my arm).

I've been too afraid to ask how long before I'm healed. So I don't know for sure.

Tomorrow morning will be the first time I've been able to take a shower with out a bag on my arm.

I have to "shout" out to Christine who has been doing Ken and Amanda's role and making sure I get fed at least once a day. That and just hanging out and helping with stuff, stuff that a one handed man can't do by himself.
