Stupid fears of stupid people...
First off all... terrorist don't attack infrastructure. That doesn't inspire terror. Here is the definition of terrorism:

Blowing up a powerstation or a fiber relay isn't terror.
9/11 the terrorists hit the twin towers not because it was the most devistating but becuase it was the most psycologically damaging for this country. Look at the Isreal/Palistine conflict. People don't go a blow them selfs up in government or industry targets that have importance to power, or even water. They go to pizza places, markets and other crowded places.
Now that isn't to say that an extreemist group coulndn't use this info. to cripple the US. But that wouldn't be terrorism.
