School paper tries to run a story about it passing the the subsequent inspection. University president wants her memo on the subject to be on the front page. Student paper thinks about it but decides to run the memo on page 3. President siezes the yet to be distributed papers and demands a reprint.
A comprimise is to run the memo with a note from the paper staff as an objection.
Who needs the first amendment?
